Harvest
Manual harvesting following careful analysis of the maturation indexes; before harvesting superfluous vine leaves are removed to better expose the grapes to the sun.
Wine making
Grapes are destemmed and softly crushed, maceration for 6/10 days in steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 28° C, manual pump-overs and frequent delestages during the initial phases of fermentation. During fermentation all efforts are aimed at maximizing the extraction of the rich range of aromatic and structure precursors which distinguish the selection of the grapes intended for the production of this superb red wine. Vinification is followed by a long ageing time, two years at least in French oak barrels, where all the aromatic qualities of this grape variety are enhanced, giving birth to an outstanding, intense and balanced wine.

Typical ruby red colour. Typical intense and persistent grassy and spicy notes. Dry, warm, full-bodied, pleasurably tannic and harmonic.
